  • Orders are shipped only to select cities and serviceable pin codes.
  • Serviceability must be verified at checkout by entering the delivery pin code.
  • Orders cannot be placed for non-serviceable pin codes.
  • Deliveries are limited to residential or business addresses only.
  • Serviceable areas may change at the Company’s discretion.

5. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are delivered via reputed third-party courier partners or self-delivery.
  • Delivery personnel may contact you using the phone number provided.
  • Self pick-up from select stores is available (see Section 7).

7. Shipping Charges & Store Pick-Up

  • Product prices exclude shipping charges.
  • A standard shipping fee applies within Delhi NCR and Mumbai.
  • Shipping charges for other locations are shown at checkout.
  • No shipping charges apply for store pick-up.

8. Shipment Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on location and courier serviceability. Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

9. Packaging, Transit & Delivery Terms

  • Products are packed to ensure safe transit and quality.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once shipped.
  • Incorrect address or contact details may result in failed delivery.
  • Delayed deliveries may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Damaged or missing items must be reported immediately.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for missing item claims.
  • Additional charges may apply for reshipments.
